When are you likely to release cIOSCORP 3.7.

Ive been waiting for this for over 3 months now.

Will it ever be released?

Im sure it will go hand in hand with CIOSX v19

as the current cIOSCORP 3.6 don't work with CIOS v19

Just use cIOSCORP v3.6 with cIOS38 rev14 (or which ever is the latest it's compatible with...)

If it weren't for the fact that you seem incapable of saying anything without coming off like a total asshole, you'd be a great mod.

1) its not released yet, and only 2 or 3 people have it (not me)
2) i dont know if it will be released, as 3.7 was based on a older rev of wanin's cios. I imagine da_letter_a may decide to wait for rev 20 to build an even better cioscorp... (or wait until wanin stops releasing a new cios every other week.... wanin is on a roll updating his cios's these days

3) u can send da_letter_a a PM from his profile page HERE. Don't expect a reply anytime soon, as many people message him for cioscorp files (in fact his inbox is often full).

btw, Deadlyfoez may come off as harsh when people ask 'stupid' questions... but that's what we all love about him! Maybe u don't remember, but he once announced that he is giving up drinking, and as a result he wont be flaming on this forum that often anymore.... when he announced that, there was at least a dozen people REALLY upset he would be censoring himself... he's actually quite entertaining (probably less so when its directed at u, but still, just ignore the comments if u can't handle them)

for the record, if DeadlyFoez was a moron, I would say he doesn't have a right to flame anyone, but he's smart, really smart, and has some wii brick fixing threads that are very technical... he's an asset to this forum, even if he's rough around the edges. Exceptions can and should be made for people like that... for example, DacoTaco is also known for flaming people, but he's making a HUGE contribution to the wii hacking community via priiloader... so in my opinion, let them act however they want (within reason)... in the end we all benefit from their work, so who cares if they decide to flame some people... in my opinion they've earned the right to... besides, I am against censorship to begin with.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think noobs deserve to be flamed... but sometimes its the only way a noob will learn from his mistakes, to think for himself and to use the search button... kind of like tough love

I don't think using cios rev18 and higher is very usefull for disc loading.
The DL bug has been fixed in rev17 and all other stuff (usb loadet, fat support etc...) is useless for the corp.

In fact, if the corp 3.7 isn't here, i think it's because dla hasn't actually enought time.

I've worked with dla (for the corp in sciifii) and i've made some tests modifying his corp (putting dip17 for exemple) and everything seems to be ok (but, dla has to test it with more games, has to validate that there isn't problems with gc loader etc...).

So, be patient and use the corp 3.6 (wich is enough for a lot of games).

No. It's installed with 57 as the base. Would that make it more compatible though? I'd think changing the base would mess something up, if upgrading the cIOS were to actually do so in the first place.

No, I was just curious. I just thought the cIOS needed to be the base of 38 for cIOSCORP to work.
