Where can i buy a 3ds that is on firmware 4.5 or 4.0? Thats from the uk. And its kinda cheap

why UK? your flag says USA
your choices are really trust the ebay seller or don't get one, or buy an older special edition model sealed that you know is under 4.5 like the pikachu one but that will cost a small fortune.
