When will we see the first kernel exploit on the Switch 2?

Until now, the only thing we’ve got on Switch 2 is a small ROP userland exploit.

Cool to see this so early, but it’s nothing crazy, no kernel access, no CFW, just some custom graphics in user space.

The kernel is a whole different thing. You need a deeper hole in the OS or drivers, and that’s way harder to pull off. Could be months, could be years, we don't really know yet.

So… when do you guys think we’ll actually see the first real kernel exploit for Switch 2?

after the switch 2 is dead well anything is possible, It was long thought the 360 would never get a 2nd exploit until 20 years later and a Cybersecirty expert took a crack at it, But even that took the 360 being hacked via another method to even dump all the files and properly get to work reverse engineering every single FW package,

Since it already has more native games than the PS5 or Series X had at the same point in their histories, and given that the Switch 2 has not only outsold both of them easily at the same point in their histories, one can only assume you are a jealous Sony fanboi who can't stand seeing Sony beaten in this next generation the way the Switch did to the PS5 in the current gen. It must keep you up at night that Mario Kart World has already outsold any first-year PS5 game and that the Switch 2 is the fastest selling console in human history.
