It will, it's confirmedI care far more about if it will play all Switch games at 60fps than it's release date.

I know about the backwards compatibility, but will it take advantage of Switch's 2 processing power? It will, it's confirmed

Yeah!I know about the backwards compatibility, but will it take advantage of Switch's 2 processing power?
You mean no *NEW* Zelda. INB4 Tears of the Kingdom HD is announced..., and no Zelda (because it's way too soon)

I don't think they're going to announce a remaster first thing. It would be a bad look for the new console. Start with some new stuff and wait at least a year before mentioning remasters. You mean no *NEW* Zelda. INB4 Tears of the Kingdom HD is announced...
Although, if their DLSS-Like AI is to be believed, an upgraded release shouldn't be necessary. Play as is @ 4k, right? Lol...
Well chances are legacy applications will be limited to the power of the original switch for the most part by default. But they will be patchable to take advantage of the improved hardware.I know about the backwards compatibility, but will it take advantage of Switch's 2 processing power?
Yeah,I think Nintendo limited the horizon OS on the switch on purpose. Likely to close off that avenue for hacks. There has been tons of hacks over the years and it's been the web browser or whatever that was the weak link.Nintendo's really the only one of the three that still has room to make a noticeable generational leap, because Switch's hardware is 12+ years old at this point. Certain first-party games play at 540p and 15 FPS in spots, and it can't play third-party AAA games newer than 2020 at all. DLSS on a portable system could be huge, since all others use AMD's FSR.
They no longer need gimmicks to compete because Sony and Microsoft have let them have this space all to themselves, but magnetic joy-cons would admittedly be a cool improvement. Lastly, they need an OS with actual functionality and customizable elements this time around, Switch's interface is the absolute worst.

I heard these blow upI hope this will not be considerate Hate Speech but Who will need a Switch 2 When you will have this:
New Acer Gamming PC 11"

I would want that over a Switch 2 100%.I hope this will not be considerate Hate Speech but Who will need a Switch 2 When you will have this:

WHICH TIME ZONE?!It'll be released next tuesday at three-fiddy pm
I mean a solid 80% of exploits on modern platforms are due to web vulnerabilities.Yeah,I think Nintendo limited the horizon OS on the switch on purpose. Likely to close off that avenue for hacks. This was never once confirmed by Nintendo. However due to the systems using 2 different series of chips backwards compatibility is likely going to rely on legacy software running on a dedicated Tegra X1 chip. Meaning by default everything will basically run identically to the original Switch. However software can very much be patched to take advantage of the new hardware.Yeah!![]()
So you're saying the most likely way would be by directly including a daughterboard that has the Tegra X1 (there certainly would be enough room given the increased size) and not much else not unlike how the original PS3 models had the Emotion Engine alongside the Cell processor? This was never once confirmed by Nintendo. This is by far the most likely method yet. The Ampere series of chip cannot run applications designed for the Tegra X1 without some form of patch or compatibility layer. So you're saying the most likely way would be by directly including a daughterboard that has the Tegra X1 (there certainly would be enough room given the increased size) and not much else not unlike how the original PS3 models had the Emotion Engine alongside the Cell processor?

Everybody go home. It finally happened.
Somebody leaked it.
