So what I gather from this is that...either it's real or it isn't? You're really hedging your bets there.

Absolutely hate my upload speed, really hard to seed torrents lolz plus uploading heaps of pics or something like that.

Small towns suck. Right now I have 512kb, 1mb costs about $20 more per month, since it's the only ISP in my area they control prices.

EDIT: On the flipside, my ping isn't horrible, my bandwidth isn't capped, and my ISP never bothers to check what I am uploading or downloading, so no need for proxies

Seriously this speed is kinda fast for me already... Though I wish that could be faster -.- It's around RM110 a month.. About $30+USD...

You guys that live in those countries are so blessed... Pay less and get superb speed that I keep wish to have... My speed, 1.43Mb/s on speedtest still got people say it's extremely slow uhhh!!? T_T

yea but i friggin hate speedtest it always gives me garbage reads.
at the last minute of testing download it would speed up random and get me a read of liek 90 Mb/s -.- wen its only 15
