Hacking What's this file?

Well, I was backing up all my data on my mSD to my comp, and I came across a file called "Readme_ENG.bk". It wouldn't let me continue until I deleted the files (I had 2 of them) so I did.

File location: __aio>bookmarks

What I'm wondering now is...

a) what does this file do, and
b) I just deleted it, am I in deep shit?

Okayseriously, it's a bookmark file created to save your place in a text document. Not needed at all.
