I'm looking for a decent flash card that can playback movies and music, and utilize snes, gba, nes, gbc, gb, and ds emulators, while working on the 3ds (xl).

Are there any good flashcards that can do all this that don't cost $30+?

The only luck you'll have is getting a dstwo plus since it's the only one powerful enough to emulate what you want. Not sure if it can play movies or not.

Yes it can, as far as I know, there's a media player specifically made for it.

Just to make sure, do you want a DS flashcard for 3ds, or a 3DS flashcard?
DS flashcard for an old 3ds xl.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

If you want a ds flash cart that plays movies snes and gba games then there is no way around not paying $30+ for a ds flash cart.
If you change your mind about movies snes and gba games there is this.

Otherwise the supercard dstwo/plus is what you are looking for.
Can it emulate gb, gbc, and nes as well?

OT: Is there a way how to have RTS thingy on GW blue card? Or is it HW related? Cause I don't like how the DSTwo drains battery whenever is inserted. I don't care about GBA emulation since I can just inject games and play them on luma. The only feature I'd miss from DSTwo is the RTS possibility...
