Here is how it works

You select a pokemon and pay this guy

He trades you the Pokemon you bought in the Pokemon game indicated

So for instance if you buy this Caterpie, he will contact you and get your switch information - he will then trade you the Pokemon you chose

He is using a program to make as many Pokemon as he wants on a hacked console

Thanks I didn't even know these Pokemons were hacked. I was just looking for a shiny Bellsprout for Let's Go Eevee and found this site. But I don't want illegal Pokemons. I already made a post asking if someone's willing to trade a shiny Bellsprout

lol. this might makes u feel bad, but what if that "someone" u found used pkhex too.
as long as u dont pay for trading pokemon, it's all fine.
there is literally no difference between a properly edited one and one catched in-game.
im pretty sure gts is full of edited pokemon.(does letsgo still using the name gts for online trading system?)

He was not talking nonsense, and pkhex is not illegal

I don't know why you would think it was illegal

And he was not being rude either. He was simply saying most shiny pokemon are made using pkhex as it is much less time consuming - so any pokemon you find online that is shiny or rare was likely generated using pkhex
