Why is this happening? I’m apparently having trouble with one of my games. It’s the game: Sword Art Online Fatal Bullet Complete Edition for the Switch. Now, the problem is that it seemingly works okay on ofw, but on cfw, it for some reason crashes and says software closed due to an error. Is it because I downloaded it from eshop? I’d really appreciate it if I could get some help here.

I’ll repeat again:

1. It seems to work fine on ofw

2. Gives an error message on cfw when I either try to begin the game or go to a specific option on settings

3. It is an eshop purchase.

Please help!

Crashes just happen. I play FFIX and it crashes at startup or before file loading, but after it crashes once or twice, it's good. I have had the same issue with (lel) Crash Bandicoot tril., but it just crashes infinitely.
It isn't a "fat or exfat" issue, it's just an issue.

If you reaaaaaally want to play, put it on your internal storage--that might fix the issue.
Above all else, I believe there was an update, maybe that might help.

Save it for last, but maybe if there was another issue, try getting a "different" version of the same game....in .nsp/.xci format

@The Real Jdbye
It might be corrupt, but it's on exfat, so no surprise.
It still plays, so I'm cool.....until it gets horribly corrupted and destroys my MSD.

I'll see if it gets worse with time.
