You can already extract pictures with a hex editor, a base64 decoder and the FS dumper.
System Software could be installed the same way as VC games, just no-one's bothered .wad'ing them. (Plus more chance of BRICKing)

you don't need to "WAD" the system software it can be found in .wad format in every wii game available

if the a wad system fimware installer is out we could avoid semi bricks

like wanna play SSBB on ntsc j wii? to avoid bricking you can just install the firmware of the DSBX through the twilight hack (which is waaaaay more easier than trucha signing and brick blocking and waitng to burn the dvd) so i really wish someone could take this into development

Yes but only if you use the same file that you installed. I lost one of mine (an injected wad that I can't seem to recreate) and would love a way to uninstall the ticket and the wad that is on my system. I've considered formatting, but I'm not even sure that removes them? Either way, an uninstaller that would let you select from a list of installed wads and have it remove everything would be pretty sweet.

You don't need to use the same WAD. If you have a WAD with same the ID it will work.

- It's not a custom firmware.
- It's not a isoloader.
- It's not a backup loader without modchip (this is impossible).
