It's just a menu to configure things like video mode, screen format, sound mode, etc.

It'll be very useful for users with a semibrick. For people with a non-bricked wii... it will be useful if they want to disable the parental control

Nah you would need to make "Custom firmware" for that.

Do you think it is possible to re-map the controls in VC games? I want to use my Wavebird controller for snes games, but nintendo purposely mapped the controls horribly so that you are forced to buy a classic controller. Is there anyway you could fix it perhaps?
