I'm just gonna settle for this. I messaged the seller and he said its from 8bitdo so I get it legit and at a cheaper price.

I would'nt buy one, would be my advice.

GBAtemp and other gaming sites prasied this product very highly. What are your issues with it if I may ask?

Syncing problems.
Sticky buttons.
Nowhere near on how the original famicom controllers feel.( shoulderbuttons?)
Overpriced.
