Hardware What should i do at this point?

I have some questions to be solved, hope you guys can guide me to the answer.

Ok at this moment i have a nintendo switch 7.0.1 using atmosphere 8.4 using autorcm, 8 fuses burned. I have 2 nand backup. The first one is a clean nand / boot00 01 backup in 6.2 firmware. the second one is a 7.0.1 nand boot00 /01 backup but not clean (.nsp and cfw) which i did just for precations). So i want to know what should i do if in a future atmosphere emunand comes out. What should i do in that case? restore the 6.2 nand boot00 /01 backup and then create an emunand? if so after creating the munand should i update to the latest firmware in the sysnand and keep emunand in the latest supported? i read somewhere that you cannot downgrade to 6.2, is that true?
