I use only Atmosphere! ReiNX uses atmosphere under the hood itself. Kosmos is not a CFW but now a package.

Sysmodules from atmosphere (credited properly and modified to do what rei wants)
Sept, agreed upon by both scries and rei to use.

Also reinx has features that Atmopshere doesn't, for instance support of rommenu.
