I bought a Wii U here in Brazil and the seller said he used IOSUHAX but I don't trust hum very much. Can anyone confirm this mod?

The games are installed in the internal Wii U memory and the only trail of the homebrew is this icon:

Can anyone help me out?

Can I reset to factory settings with no worrys?

never heard of that, but it could be anything. iosuhax uses the fw.img iirc, so is that on your sd card?

It's just the regular Ulauncher, but there's a spanish youtube named Alucardio who "borrows" code and apps from other users and repackages them changing their aspect
