Hacking What micro Sd Formater ?

Hey guys I have a problem with my cyclo ds and my 6gb micro sd (sandisk)
i can't getrockband and pokemon black to work.....
I use the latest firmware not the 1.59 the 2 beta 4..\

So i decided to format my micro sd
Should I use the windows formater?? Or something special??
