can anyone identify what this is being run in these screenshots. is it a theme, a gadget, a shell replacement, non windows OS, etc. im not worried about the backgrounds, just what is making the "floating" text like with the date/time, cpu, memory, etc. thanks for any and all help

Probably most of these will be something to do with Rainmeter

The second one with the dock, looks like RocketDock

Rainmeter or Samurize. It's pretty easy to set up anyways.

thanks, turns out it was rainmeter. never heard of this. spent just a few minutes and so far its pretty easy to use/setup.
