i would like to know who is your most epic rpg-hero?
and what is so special about him/her/it ?^^

No, it's not Cloud Strife.

I don't know, a lot of the RPGs I've played had very generic main characters. I'd probably have to say some of the BioWare protagonists, mainly because they have no inbuilt personality traits. Everything is up to you. Like Sheppard in Mass Effect or Revan (sorry, spoiler alert) in KOTOR.

I hate to say it, but Cecil in FFIV is actually an interesting character as well.
