The one that you bought it new with.
If you're looking for 4.5, you're not going to find one.
2DS wasn't released when 4.5 was out.

I think the earliest you can find is an early 5.0 firmware.
If not 6.0 only.

Lowest fw version on a 3DS XL was 3.x I believe.

I have 4.5 on my XL, and I updated it a couple of times before I got there, so 3.x sounds about right.

has anyone got a pink 3ds that had between 4.1 and 4.5 firmware? what did the serial number start with??? i just bought a flame red 3ds on ebay for $150 and it had firmware 2.1.0.4U and the serial number was cw70xxxxxxx. i consider that a high serial number that's why i am asking about the pink one i don't know what it started with for a low serial number. cause the updated ones have a high serial number cause i bought my wife a purple one and it started with cw71xxxxx.
