What is the best ROM manager?

I'm looking for a rom manager that I can use to manage my roms (duh).

I looked around and tried Rominator, RtoolsDs, and some others, but they're out of date.

I'm hoping to find something that can handle DS, GBA, and maybe some others.

Any suggestions?

Rominator database is being updated by Rascal. It only handles NDS though.
