R4 is garbage, the two best cards on the market are m3 ds real/m3i zero and the cyclods evo! these teams actually release updated firmware and rarely have problems with games. R4 hasn't release a new firmware in years, good luck playing a lot of newer games without manually adding a patch with the r4.

Which one would you recommend for the DSi? This R4i-SDHC I have is starting to piss me off

R4 is good but there are so MANY CLONES and the development of R4 is stopped that's why i called R4 is GARBAGE too....

The latest official one was 1.12 or something. You're using a clone firmware.

The best flashcards are the CycloDS Evolution, M3i Zero and AceKard 2. I like M3i Zero the best and I don't really see why everyone wants the CycloDS Evolution, but the fact is that's it's a great cart.

i would say the r4 (i have the original one) is crap, because it is. But i'm not gonna say that it's crap yet, because i'm on YSMenu with an unofficial DSTT firmware! So i don't need to patch any games (yet).

Im looking for an Acekard/CycloDS (Wii compatibility ftw!)

CycloDS is the best but it is expensive... Edge is probably the best of the value cards if you want cheap... got mine for like 10 bucks

Wrong section and stupid thread...We have many of such threads, and also....R4 when compared to all other carts, ain't worth crap!
