Hacking what is DISK GAME TITLES?

when you go to anytitle deleter, there is a category called 'DISC GAME TITLES'.
and i have shit load of stuff there...
is it just listing all games i ever played?
and what happens if i delete them all?
will it also delete my game saves?

Didn't look at this myself, as i think nobody should mess around with stuff he doesn't understand, but i think these ARE the savegames.

hmm.. weird..
i only have like 3 saves.. and under disc game titles, i have at least 90 titles.. for example:
524d3845 (RM8E)
52464c45 (RFLE)
.
.
.

about 90 of these.
