Yes, I went bravely into wiibrew waters and now I want to know what is cIOS and what is it's purpose?
And why Opera won't install using wadmanager? Does it have something to do with cIOS?

cIOS is a regular IOS with DIP module, ECHI etc patched on it. If you don't know what's IOS, check wiibrew. Basically, it allows you to play backups with a loader. For the opera, I'm guessing bad wad.
