what introduced you to the furry fandom?

for me it was my friend on discord who introduced me to the fandom and me deciding ' i want to be a cute floof ' lol

Lola Bunny piqued my interest but Flamedramon was the one who made me realize I was a furry, more importantly, a scalie.

4chan /vp/ turned me into a furry, but I always liked anthros even way before I knew there was a whole fandom for it.

I think it was Five Nights at Freddy's for me that I got invested in anthro characters.

while not ancient as some people, i'm getting up there in age.
back when google was the underdog and i was absurdly young i came across a bunch of pokemorph stuff and didn't think about it for several years
eventually when i began drawing i would draw my own interpretations of anthros without knowing there was a whole-ass fandom out there until i began uploading stuff to deviantart which — at the time — was a socially acceptable place to post.

I went for a long time without knowing i was a furry. I eventually figured it out and became inseparable with the fandom. The only reason i don't participate in conventions and all? Found out i was a furry-in the middle of a furry hating family. So a big part of loving this fandom was probably the expertly crafted Pokemon mystery dungeon:blue. It was perfect for me.
