Homebrew Question What happens to my save when I install a backup

First of all, my english is not perfect, because I am from germany, so sorry for that.

I have played Pokémon Let's Go Eevee on an emulated firmware on my switch. Before that I have made a backup of the system. Now I want to install the backup again, so that I can use the normal firmware and to go online again. Now I would like to know, if my save for the game will be deleted, or if I can play my save in the normal way (I have the gamecard now). If the save would be deleted, is there anything I can do to backup / restore it, so I can use it after the backup?

if you install your backup you will lose all progress you have made since you made the backup
