Gaming What game I should install?

Hey guys.
I just looked for ZombiU in the game-downloading app for PC and I got 2 results:

I downloaded both bc I dont know what I should install lol
The first one (ending -ef00) is 5.96GB size
And the second one (ending -a700) is 5.60GB size
Both are marked as EUR btw.
What I should install? Thank you

ef00 is the one you want as the a700 is a localised German one. Grenn blood rather than red I think.
