Hacking What does the HW number mean?

I recently got a card with HW 80, is this good or bad or whats the best number, etc..

not sure. the most common HWID numbers are 44 and 81. I'm not sure what 80 is.

There isn't really a difference between the hardware revisions besides the spring loaded slots and the chip that sticks out a bit. I personally have HW81 which has the spring-free slot without a chip sticking out.

You shouldn't even get worked over the different hardware available because you really can't choose unless you somehow order from the Acekard company itself.

HW 80; is that Acekard 2.1? Anyway it doesn't really matter as long as it's not fake and AKAIO works.

I own a HW:80 spring loaded.
AKAIO 1.5 work perfectly that means it is a real acekard. =)

HW 80 is the Acekard 2.1. Mine is HW 81 Acekard 2i and it has a spring.
