Hacking Hardware ROM Hack What does the error *=* means?

I installed the Picofly RP2040 chip on my V2 console. Everything seems fine, but I keep getting the code `*=*`. After some searching, I found the error message: `*=* No eMMC block 0 read (eMMC init failure?)`.

However, I’m not entirely sure what’s wrong—whether the eMMC is defective or if there’s an issue with the ribbon cable. What needs to be replaced? If it’s only the chip that needs replacing and the ribbon cable is fine, I’d need to order a new one on AliExpress, but I’d have to buy the whole package (marked in red in the image).

Could anyone help with this? I've already installed the firmware version PicoFly_2.80_2024.09.04_04-12.

Does it boot into OFW when you disconnect the RP2040?
If so, then your emmc is still fine.
If you get blue/purple/black screens then something might be wrong with the emmc contents.
I hope you made a full NAND backup because then you can put it back with Hekate.

Just start measuring all the connections with a multimeter to make sure everything is fine.

With black on ground:
A/C/D/3.3v - .45-.8
B - 1.3+
Ground - 0

You can always ask in the picofly sticky thread if you can share more details and the results of the measurements.

Ye when i remove the RP2040 and put the original emmc in there, it normaly start into OFW.
And im not getting into hekate so i cant do a NAND backup.

Ye I need to check the connections with a multimeter. Maybe the emmc chip is dead that i bought. Not sure but tomorrow im getting a multimeter and then I can test around whats wrong with it.
