What do you think about this controller? (The "All" Controller, a universal controller)

Today I was on youtube and found some videos on my recommendation list, one of them is from a channel if some know is called Rerez. Usually is just a bout reviews of some obscure products people may be unaware of and other more known problems related to games. But then I saw this video showcasing a prototype controller for gamers. So I just wanna know what others think of it.

If they can make it look better, its in a prototype phase now but just looks like cheap plastic
And if the price is under $100, I have a feeling they are gonna charge $150-200 for this though

Not a big fan of PS analog stick placement, especially the left one.
