a emulator is a program used to replicate a system, or to act just like it in another words (video game def.)

this is not what we are doing
the m3 takes the rom, copy's it to the slot-2 card and boots it like a normal cart

its not emulating the GBA since it is already built in and with the right hardware (aka. expansion pak)
