Hacking Question what do i need to play odyssey mod

hi, i want to play mario odyssey superstar mod https://origami64.net/showthread.php?tid=950 my switch is unhacked and i read about bans. since i dont want to play any pirated games how safe is it to install a cfw for homebrews/mods like this. is there a safe setup?

To install mods you need to have a CFW. If you have a CFW and you go online, you're gonnna get banned.
What you can do is do a full NAND backup, disconnect from internet, play the game modded, and restore it when you're sick of it.
This will decrease the chance of getting banned, but i honestly would not say "100% banproof"

Then dont mod. If you're not willing to take the risk then dont do it. That's the jist of it.
