Downgrade to 10.7 through hardmod and follow Plailect's (https://3ds.guide). I'll be finishing a zip with all files needed to follow Plailect's. It should be uploaded by tomorrow morning. I'll also check if Quantumcat wants to put this zip on her site as some sort of update to her old zip, because if I put the link to it in my signature, I'll probably be banned.

I'd say nope but since you're on 11.1, maybe you could do this:
Get a friend with a 3DS version 10.6 or less (if you have one with a9lh already on it then better)
Install the hax you want on that 3ds if it's not already hacked
Then just make another thread and get someone to explain the rest to you, I'd give a link but I lost it

Sadly I can't do the hardmod option, I wanted to try this option on plailect's guide:

• Use this link to downgrade your NFIRM with DSiWare, one of four listed games, and a homebrew launcher entrypoint (11.0.0 and 11.1.0 only)

But I don't have the DSiware games, is there anyway to buy these games without updating to 11.2? Thank you!

Get homebrew, launch ctr-httpwn, press start then x and launch eShop.

These 4 games are already taken away from eshop. If you don't have them, you can't buy them anymore.
There's a new method that allows you to install legit CIA on 11.0 and 11.1 using waithax and a forked version of FBI. I am not sure it's ok to post the link here so just google it yourself with the words "waithax fbi cia" and look for a link on reddit.

As of right now, the only options available to you to get A9LH involves a second, already hacked 3DS, or a hardmod. Sorry.
