Not much of anything, if you don't understand how to troubleshoot code then don't mess with it or you're possibly going to mess something up. But yes, you can use it to trick the date on your switch to 7/11, and that enables you to play golf

You can set the raw rtc clock to skip any ingame barriers that wouldn't be skipped by just changing it in the settings, you can also run flog by changing the rtc time.

Not much for now. Pretty much only useful for devs, and if you are a dev you probably can figure out what it can do with its documentation.

In push requests I can see that there is a command to dump files from switch. This mayve could be used to dump saves but it's still to be merged.
