I'm pretty sure if this thread is useless, but...

Once DSi mode is hacked (and usable), is it possible that we could patch the bootloaders of our flashcarts to take advantage of this?
Or will we need to buy new flashcarts to use it?

BTW, does anyone own any of the 3 DSi-only games?

I don't mind buying a new flashcart if needed too.

I mean it's one flashcart to replace.... I'm saving much more money than getting each game on my 8GB

Having a custom firmware would be fairly cool, but other than that, no idea. Maybe have to buy another card.

really eof guys O.o

if we do not have to get rid of mine flash cart , i use it for slightly more memory to run homebrew and videos and stuff.

I was only wondering if it was possible to patch our current flashcarts to work with DSi Mode once it's hacked (because the bootloaders of carts like the AK2i are updatable).

We will use our DSi carts to play DS games. The DSi menu only has 40 slots so you could only store in 40 games, if we will be able to use our SD carts. 256MB is a little. Plus DSi carts probably won't have access to DS mode(I could be wrong though, I don't live in the future), just like the GBA flashcarts didn't have GBC mode. So I won't be throwing mine in the trash.
