Exactly my point. In fact, googling it myself revealed user-friendly information only in the description of a YouTube video. So I think telling the OP to google it was not very helpful...

I think if they could, they would have by now.

but that ticket install thing is only possible on a modded machine, right? so no piracy on an untouched N3DS.,so I guess they have not much to worry about.

Unless a smartass makes a homebrew app that allows ticket installation. Similar to the FBI homebrew app that only installs legit cias.

Use ciangel, it's like Funkeycia but directly in the 3ds. It even installs directly so no need to download then install

Yup absolutely, I didn't notice if the op mentioned if he had cfw or not lol. I just figure everyone does nowadays since it's so easy
