They probably had 10 coins from walking around, didn't realize it, used the ambassador program, got confused then decided to confuse everyone else.

The thing is, whenever you load the Ambassador thing, nothing even shows from the Main Menu such as the play coins, the time, or anything at the top. Don't know what's going on here
