Well it says "Mercedes-Benz" and "workshop v.2015" in the discs, they could contain like slideshows or PowerPoint type presentation for said event, showcasing new vehicles, cars, gadgets, prototypes etc. regarding the brand. There could be some video footage in there too..

I searched for "Mercedes workshop" and got a lot of service manuals (paper) but also something on DVD

It can't be that hard to find somebody around you with an older (laptop or desktop) computer and/or an external CD/DVD drive.
