Can be in browser or downloadable.

I prefer indie and free games instead of AAA games... The latter not only are costy but also look all the same

Are you interested in fangames?

If yes, SRB2 and SRB2Kart are really good games.
Roblox and Minecraft are only really useful when it comes to multiplayer. Otherwise just pirate games or emulate them if you want for free.

Look all the same? Uhhhh. Okay. LOL! Because something like Code Vein looks JUST like Call of Duty. Anyway... the question is like asking what the "best" mobile games are. The answer is that there actually are none. :P

Are you tight in cash? If you could get a PS2 Fat or Slim, then you'd just need a Memory Card with FMCB and you'd be good to go. Of course, you would need a USB stick with like some decent space to have some games in it, but everyone these days has a USB stick lying around somewhere.

The other day I bought a PS2 Fat for £7.50 ($9.70) as it can be used to play games straight from the HDD.

If he's asking for free games on a browser then he probably doesn't have a PC capable of doing so.
Never know lol, and tbh you don't need much to get decent pcsx2 framerates if you configure it correctly.
I have potatoes that can run native moniter res and full speed
here are the requirements:
Minimum (most games will be unplayable slow)
  • OS: Windows 7 or GNU/Linux
  • CPU: Any that supports SSE2 @ 1600 STR
  • GPU: DirectX 10 support
  • RAM: 2GB
Recommended
  • OS: Windows 10 (64-bit) or GNU/Linux (64-bit)
  • CPU: Any that supports AVX2 (Core series Haswell or Ryzen and newer) @ 2000 STR or better
  • GPU: DirectX 11 support or better
  • RAM: 4GB or more
