Hello there, recently i have been wondering why gamecube emulation would be impossible to get on the 3ds. I mean can't there be a tool that extracts the iso file (gamecube games format) and just converts everything to a format possible on 3ds? The PowerPC code can be translated to ARM and only basic translation will be needed probably because most is happening in the game itself, the 3d models and textures can be converted to a format on the 3ds and the game is gonna be set to run at 2x speed so that it fits into the 30fps of the 3ds, and something like a 64mb file can be made inside the cia and the memory handling will be set to the 64mb file, i mean sonic adventure 2 had to run on something like 8mb because 12 mb were used in the OS and other 4mb for something else. The MHz isn't gonna be an issue because the screen is smaller and the resolution is a bit lower than on the GameCube. Now if someone still has something to say against it then go on

This is your second (of how many?) thread using nonsense arguments about the 3DS not being able to emulate NGC games.

You assume "translating" code from one platform into another is like baking a cake, and even then baking one is not just mixing ingredients.

Your arguments lack logic and knowledge about the architecture diferences.
