Homebrew whaat happened to my switch?

in cfw my switch usually freezes, do not recognize sd card sometimes,tinfoil NUT not working,system settings not opening,tinfoil always crashes,install speed slowed down, tried formatting as exfat and fat32, dumped emummc and still slow,on load hekate says broken connector, i can only enter homebrew menu for 1 time, in second time switch freezes and i have to reboot my switch,but in ofw everthing works perfectly.this happened after updating everything accidentally

Maybe you should try use the latest atmosphere + hekate + sept folders + sigpatches + bootloader.. try that.

I'm not a pro in looking for solutions for problems, but I am trying to think with you. I would say that your atmosphere folder is maybe corrupted. the apps which are crashing/freezing are running on atmosphere, so I would suggest you to use the latest atmosphere.
