it's developed in French, so most commands and functions are in french. it's aiming at being funny (like LOLCODE).
It's using penguins as variables and structures (a group of penguins = an array), and each penguin can have a probability of doing something else than what you asked so you are never sure your program will do what you expect!
it's an unpredictable language.
