PS1/2 Weird PS2 Parts

It goes behind the D-Pad so it sits properly when using the controller. Older PS2 controllers had 4 arms where your one has 3. PS3 controllers are the same. It just sit on top on the d-pad once you have put it in the controller.

Here i just took a picture to show you what i mean:

So that's where it should go. Thank you.

I try it with/without the parts and I think I like it without. I feel D-Pad movement is more smooth without it.

It should wear on the pads/contacts a bit more, but it's not like it's going to die before an analog stick.

If you have anymore questions about the internals of the ps2 or its accessories just let me know as i have 20 PS2 from V1 to V18 plus a TEST and DEBUG machine and shit loads of spare parts for them all. (lots of new lasers as Pre V7 and V12 models tend to dye easy.)
