Hacking Weird problem with wupinstaller and wiiu blocked website

so i just bought new wiiu 5.3.2 and went to the guide The Definitive Guide To Wii U Hacking

for some reason

exploit.wiiubrew.net was working fine then got account suspended and weird thing is most of the sites below worked once when i accessed them in wiiu then got blocked by my ISP weird thing is i can access them in my PC using same ISP and i dont get the block message

am not kidding kernel expliot was workng always main problem is this wupinstaller always freezing or getting blocked by my ISP, hosting it on my PC didnt help either
