Gaming Weird Netflix disk problem.

So, i just got my Netflix streaming disk for the Wii today and every time i put the Netflix disk inside my Wii, The hand cursor disappears and the disks keep on spinning.
I'm on a softmodded 4.1 Wii, so, what could be the problem? Faulty disk? Any help is appreciated.

Maybe your lens needs cleaning?

I have 4.1 softmodded as well, and every time I put in my disk, a system update prompt comes up.

I haven't tried to run it yet out of fear of losing my homebrew/backup loading abilities.

Edit: Nevermind, I just ripped the disk on to my usb loader as was suggested by other people on the forums.
