Gaming Weird issue with Diablo 3 Eternal Collection

So I install the game(XCI) and everything's good, but when I launch it, for some reason the left Joycon is not being detected as active, it's only happening in handheld mode and only in the game, so If I detach the left Joycon it works perfectly, but if I attach it back it doesn't. It's only inside the game, so If I press home the Joycon works, also if I go docked and attach the joycons to the controller they're also working fine.

Anyone else had this happen to them ?
