What are the weirdest homebrew applications/games you've ever seen/downloaded?

I remember something about a tickle girl game. The goal was to tickle a girl by touching her with the stylus. Never tried it, as it seemed kind of pointless. Either way, that's probably the most bizarre.

Yeah, that reminds me of a homebrew port of a freeware hentai game, where it's in such a beta that all you can do is move a girl's leg back and forth.
