Hacking Weird error trying to run a backup

plus...if you dont have the IOS installed it will show this error ...Download AnyTitle Deleter and you can load it up in the homebrew channel to at least Check and see IF you do indeed have IOS247 or IOS249 installed or say IF maybe you have a CIOS you DO NOT want installed you can delete it... ect...Just dont erase anything if your not sure what it is then ask first and act later

alright..i used any title deleter... I can't understand anything =p
what should i look for in terms of to see if i have IOS247 OR IOS249?
what should I delete?

I had this error before. I installed the cIOS "no web" version that came with wiigator3, and this happened, I uninstalled it and installed the Waninkoko one that installs from an illegal wad and it worked.
