It might be lifted pads or broken traces on Nvidia Tegra chip or RAM, i have 2 switches with same problem, on one of them i found that blue screen doesn't appear if ill push on specific point of the PCB, but because it's BGA chip and there is no stencils... i can't find what exact internal trace is broken....

I commented on this post so decided to leave a reply rather then starting my own.
I opened mine up checked what I could but could not see any issues so decided to bite the bullet and send to Nintendo.
Was convinced they would know it had been opened?
To my surprise a week later they replied and said it would cost £52 for repair.
The console cost me £50 so not bad as I bought cheap joycons recently too!
I know it will be patched but don't mind as I would like to go online for splatoon.
So maybe an option for some to try and get an official repair rather then DIY!

**just to add, got back today and comes with a 12 month warranty too!
Can't complain at that!!
