Hacking Weird Brickish situation

Okay, so for anyone around, or watching my progress, here's where I'm at right now. I installed everything following modmii, everything installed fine, reinstalled HBC in ios 58, can't install priiloader cause the damn app won't let me use the gc controller and I can't get a wiimote to sync up. Can't get sysmenu to load or HBC to load any other way than bootmini.elf. I think my region is set up wrong? But can't get it to fix. and here's my sys check.

I'm going to contineu playing around with getting the region set up correctly, because I"m guessing that's my current problem, but I'm not 100% on that.


EDIT: the real 'irony' to me right now is that I am able to load cfg usb loader through HBC through bootmini.elf and play any game off the harddrive just fine, Metroid Other M is booted up right now, but am completely incapable of accessing the system menu. lol
