Hacking wbfs manager problems

Hi, I have downloaded the wbfs manager 3.1 from GBA

I am unable to get it to work on my windows 7 x64bit pc. I am a novice at all this, are there any easy to follow instructions as i am totally confused as to what i need to do after i download the file?? please help

Try running it as Administrator.

Right Click > Run as Administrator.

I believe you are talking about version 3.0.1. Maybe you downloaded the x86 version and not the x64 version. Here is a link with the option you want (its the last one).
